It’s Veggie Time

We still have a few flowers left but we have lots of veggies on the go.
We are changing our hours during veggie season. The hours will be:

Friday 10-6pm

Saturday 10-4pm

Evening pick ups during the week by appointment, Monday-Wednesday. We have a land line now with an answering machine (403) 556-8802. Our cell service isn’t that great but if you leave a message on the land line we will check the machine regularly.

We will start veggie sales Friday, July 17th. We have lettuce varieties, herbs, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, tomatoes, turnips, beets, green peppers, Brussel sprouts, celery, beans, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and strawberries picked fresh daily.

Our orders have filled.

Good Morning Everyone,

Thank you to all of our customers who placed orders with us this year (Personal and Commercial). We need to have additional flowers above the original orders to ensure that the contracts are fulfilled.  We have now fulfilled those orders and are moving any of the additional flowers and veggies into the retail greenhouse.

We have fabulous annuals, planters, hanging baskets, herbs and veggies.

Adding to the list from yesterday, we have squash, zucchini and strawberries as well.

We have veggies!!

We are currently growing and seeding more veggies. The following plants are available for purchase:

Celery, Cabbage, Sweet Corn, Peaches and Cream Corn, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Kale, Buttercrunch, Romaine Lettuce, Swiss Chard, Green Onions and Garlic Green Onions.

We have tomatoes:

Rapunzel, Tumbler, Big Beef, Lemon Boy, Eva Purple, Cosmanault, Volkov and San Marzano in 1 and 3 gallon pots.

Peppers:

Carnival, Tangerine, Red, Green and Jalepeno.

We will be selling fresh produce and will let you know what is available weekly.

Saturday Draw Winner

Congratulations to Grace who won the table top planter this week.

Anyone who entered the draw after 4pm today will be in the draw for next Saturday.

Sunday is fun day and the greenhouse tomorrow and we can’t wait to see you here.

We are open from 10-4 tomorrow.

Please remember that if you cannot be here within regular business hours we would be more than happy to make an appointment for you to come and see us. We have a whole bunch of room here at the greenhouses we can all spread out and keep our distancing.

We are seeding!!

Good Morning everyone and thank you for a phenomenal Victoria Day weekend. The great weather brought a lot of you out to see us and it was great to meet you all.

We have started on our third round of seeding. We are planting all varieties of herbs, microgreens, lettuce varieties, melons, pumpkins, cucumbers, squash, beets, more tomatoes and many more.

If there is anything that we can help you with please let us know. We can plant for container and garden growing. You’ll be surprised what you can grow on your deck or balcony.

Victoria Day Draw

Every Saturday, and special days throughout the year, we have a “Staff Pick” draw for one of our lucky customers. Names are entered into the draw box throughout the week and we pick the name at the end of the day on Saturday.
